A REMINDER ABOUT THE COMMUNICATION FLOW
If you have a concern - email your Division Manager FIRST! Do not email the President or VP's.
If it's a safety issue - fill out an incident form or email the Risk Manager.
Do not email PCAHA or BC Hockey - all emails to them come back to the Association.
